PS V. 22.3 and paths

I ran into this with the recent 22.3 release.

If I have an open path which is not yet saved (Work Path) I can deselect the path in the Path palette, come back to the path and continue to add points, close the path, etc.

If I do the same but SAVE the open path, after deselecting and returning to the path, new points cannot be added.

I downgraded to 22.2 and do not have this issue.
