PS2021 wont open in Mac Catalina (10.15.7)

Since the last PS update it is simply unusable and wont open either directly or out of Lightroom. 

I have tried reinstalling, clearing caches and rolling back to previous version - nothing works! 

Advice please!

The latest update is having issues recognizing mid-range GPUs. Try installing the previous version of Photoshop (21.x) and see if the issue persists. Adobe is aware of this issue and is working on a fix. In the meantime, this is the recommended action.
