Psd file opening as New

While I am trying to open a psd file in photoshop it opens as new and pop up appears of margins and setup page.

 

NOTE:- Some files opens and some are creating problems.

Hi

Looks like an old version of Photoshop, which version is it and what operating system do you have, have you tried resetting PS preferences

To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop

6.2 is its version and yes I tries of resetting PS prefernces. It doesn't work
