PSD files can't open and transfer

i have a psd file worked smooth yesterday but i cant open it right now, it come up a dialogue said" your file is locked". then i try to transfer to other locations were failed. Even want to transfer to pendrive or google drive were failed too, anyone know what is the situation?

My first thought was that the file's Attributes were Read Only in Properties, but should stop you copying or moving it.

Are you using a network drive?

Or is the file open in another app like Photoshop Beta?

I found a reference to AV causing issues like this, which I assume means the AV considered the file as suspect and locked it. Sounds like a long shot to me though.

Can you open it with other apps like a different version of Photoshop, or a PSD view like Irfanview?

I checked the "read-only" checkbox, and it was unchecked. I tried using other software to open the file, but my computer freezes every time. Is inside my local drive.
And my laptop didn't use any antivirus.
I tried to use Krita to open, failed as well.
I also tried using Photopea, but it didn't work. Whenever I try to move or open the file, my entire computer locks up.
