PSDCovers 2.0 plug-in model in Adobe Photoshop 25.7.0 in the Czech language (non-functionality)

Hello.
With developer HaptUX Inc. I am solving a problem with the non-functionality of the PSDCovers 2.0 plug-in model in Adobe Photoshop 25.7.0 in the Czech language, which Adobe offers in version 2.1.1.14 in Creative Cloud. 
The PSDCovers developer wrote me his feedback: "Adobe is not at fault here, they just made a bad design choice and hard-coded English words into Actionscript that break when used in other languages."
What with this?
