PSDS Wont change to default to open in CC 2018

I have some psds and in Mac, I do change all to open 2018, and they wont. Revert back and open in CS5, never seen this before in Mac finder.

Did you save the PSD with maximum compatibility (you can check and change this under the File Handling tab in Photoshop Preferences)?
