Purchased a Photoshop Plan but Photoshop states that I have the trial version...

I have just purchased a one year plan (Creative Cloud pour la Photo Student and Teacher Edition (Annual Plan, paid monthly)) however when I open Photoshop and Lightroom. the app tells me that I have only trial versions of the programs...I have paid for a 1 year package - why is this message appearing?

You may have to wait 24 hours for Adobe to process you account.

If you have installed the Creative Cloud app, try signing out and back in again
