Pushing F12 no longer reverts the image back to it's original state.

For years, pushing F12 reverted an image to it's original appearance.  However, I haven't been able to do this for months.
I have the latest updated Photoshop.  My laptop is about two years old.
Is there something that I need to check or uncheck to get this back?

F12 works for me. Try checking Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts. Maybe the shortcut was changed on your computer.

Hi, this option is also available in the file menu to try from there actually i think to make a proper folder for your work to use this function and this only works on a single picture which you have not on custom made designs...regards
