Quick Edit Pop Up?

Im being made to believe that I am crazy by the chat support.

When I first got PS a few months ago there was a pop up window that came up every time I opened an image in PS.

IT was alomost like a quick edit screen with a few PS built in presets, a standard exposure/contrast/etc edits and a preview of the image.

I could choose to make any changes on that pop up and then confirm to open it up in PS and those edits would be applied, or I could make no changes and confirm and it would open is as it was from my file explorer.

Its no longer doing that and I would like it back.

Can anyone assist me?
