Quick selection tools (and other) makes my PC crashes

Hello, I have a serious problem with my Adobe softwares for quite some times now : whenever I click on the quick selection tool on photoshop, or the freeform gradient tool in Illustrator, and possibly other tools I just do not remember, my system just crashes without any warning. I have tried a few things I have found in various threads, but none have fixed the issue. I have deleted my preferences, desactivated OpenCL and a few other things. My Nvidia drivers are up to date, and my system is running on a rtx3070 with an i9-9900K, so I do not have integrated graphics. Adobe CC and the apps are the latest versions. I would be thrilled if someone could help me, this issue is causing issues with my work curently. Thank you verry much for your time. French and English both ok for reply.
