Quick text change and export across multiple versions? Art-boards maybe? Workflow Advice?

Hey Guys,

So this is a very vague questiuon but im am producing a live stream show and have to create new graphic overlays every week with new topics on the graphics. I have designed this overlay but am looking for a better way to be able to change the text and quickly export it each week. Right now I am simply changing all the text then manually go through and turn on and off the text layers and export indivudually. Is there a way to set up maybe artboards or something and have "Smart" text or something that would auto update on each image and then I could export all of the images at one time instead of individually? really just looking for workflow advice so any tips to speed this up would be great. I have attached a sample of my current workflow below to help give a better idea of the changes I need.
