You would have to purchase two plans, as you can only have to devices at the same time. I'm not sure if having a teams plan would help, It might cost you more.

Creative Cloud can be activated on two computers but used only at one at the time. So to work on three computers at the time one must have three licences https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-apps-number-of-computers.html

Opps, that's right only one device per plan. You would need three plans.
