RAM-DISK SPACE errors keep happening after many checks

This may be a result of your GPU only having 134 MBVRAM.

 

One thing to try: Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable "Older GPU mode (pre 2016)" - Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?
