Random color changes

The color of my images is randomly changing as I work on editing my photos. I have no idea why. I open the images in Lightroom, do a few manipulations, then bring them into Photoshop to brighten eyes and do a few such last touches. Sometimes, at completely random times, the image in PS looks like it completely switched color spaces even though all I've done is use a spot healing brush or something, sometimes even just as I'm making the image bigger or smaller on my screen it changes.

Help!

Hi SJLifton,

Sorry to hear about the images are shifting colors, could you please let us know what image format you're working on?

Also, what operating system and Photoshop version are you using?

Could you please try changing the monitor color profile to srgb iec61966 and let us know if it helps?

After restarting my computer, my warm tones have gone green.  This is the only issue and it is only in photoshop, none of my other applications are doing this.  I re calibrated my monitor, but that didn't help.

Help!!
