Random Pattern Fill & Scripts Not working...

When I add a New Transparent Layer in Photoshop, then go to EDIT, FILL, PATTERN, and choose any of the Script options, when I hit OK to apply a pattern to my canvas, nothing happens and this notification pops up every time. What does that mean actually?

Plz help...
