raw files crashing on latest photoshop update

I pay monthly subscription and photoshop driving me nuts... Since latest up date in photoshop i cannot open raw files from eos r and r6, jpegs are ok but the camera raw app just freezes with little yellow explanasion marks next to photos or just freezes and crashes with a pop up box click here for workaround. help i need a clients files sorting.
