Raw Files will not open - PS Crashes

Thank you again!

Tried a number of different ways - cannot delete Camera Raw Settings. This is the screenshot when following your Ctrl - edit - prefences. 

Also tried following all the guidelines on the article - nothing came of it. 

Try resetting the Camera Raw preferences:
Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (macOS*) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).
Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"

To clarify - the screenshot is from when i disabled the Intel GPU. 

Ok, so i think i tried every option, including diabling the Intel UHD Graphic, following the steps. 

Besides the laptop and screen going stupid for a few minutes, nothing changed in photoshop. I got an error message - see attached. 

Have now reverted back, but the same issue persists. The NVIDIA GPU should be selected as the Photoshop Graphic Card, but the programme is still unable to open RAW files. 

Yeah, as I thought... 😉 There's an Intel UHD in the mix there. You should try to disable that. See section 6 & 7 here:

Dual GPUs is a big problem now that every laptop has it. It sounds like a good idea, but advanced applications like Photoshop use the GPU for actual data processing. It's no longer a simple downstream flow, it goes back and forth. You can't send data to one GPU and get it back from the other.
