Re-center Image on Canvas

Photoshop for Mobile. I accidentally moved my image off-center while trying to pan, leaving transparent background showing on two edges. Dragging doesn't recenter it except perhaps by much luck—it's too sensitive to motion from finger or pencil. So how do I re-center the image on the canvas? Thanks!

It's working for me to drag with two fingers. I don't know if there's another way.

EDIT: I just experimented and double-tapping with my finger in a dark area outside the image recentered the image.
