Re: Photoshop crashes whenever i open a jpeg or png in Open document option

Hello, I've recently updated to Photoshop v24. When I drag a jpeg file into Photoshop, it crashes. My graphics driver is up to date. I tried all the fixes above but nothing fixed this issue.

    Hi @Mark.Dahm I'm using Windows 11. My GPU is Intel UHD Graphics 750, all drivers up to date.

    I enabled GPU in Camera Raw and it fixed the problem. Thanks!

    How old is the GPU and GPU driver on your system?

    Do you have the GPU enabled in the Adobe Camera Raw plugin preferences?
