Re: Why are PS CC dialogue boxes dropshadows still visible after closing.

It happens to me when Photoshop opens, the shadow stays on the desktop, it is irritating but I have learned to ignore it.  I have recently upgraded my Mac, and it still happens so would guess it is a software issue rather than hardware. Since Adobe went to subscription, I would have thought they would become more responsive to their CUSTOMERS. But obviously not. I am currently learning Infinity Photo and once I know its stable for what I need I am walking...

    I'm not seeing anything like that here.

    Try temporarily disabling the GPU in Preferences > Performance to see if that makes a difference. If it does - check with your GPU card manufacturer for a more recent driver.  Edit - just realised you said Mac - so that may not be an option.

    If not, please go to Photoshop>Help>System info - press copy and then paste the results here
