Hello, hoping someone can help me on this topic. I have a Midterm I am doing and need to create a GIF but the dropdown for create frame animation is not showing. I reset my preferences and restarted photoshop and still am not able to see the drop down. Is there another way to do this? My professor is not helpful as she has an apple and I have a PC. Here is a screenshot of the lower half of my screen. Thank you!

Hey, Bassikelly. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've moved your comment to a new, separate post, as the original post was too old.

In Photoshop, go to Window > Workspaces > Reset Essentials. Now, go to Window > Timeline & try again.

Now, don't select all Layers & go to Workspace > Timeline > Create Frame Animation & check how it goes.
