Rectangle drawing from the center

Well, somehow my Photoshop decided it wants to create all rectangles from the center not from the top corner, and no matter how many times I try to unmark the option "from center" in the settings panel, if I reload Photoshop it starts making them from the center again.

Well, any way to disable it by default? Because it was disabled once. I've tried deselecting the option with no rectangles selected, but didn't worked.
