Rectangle Tool issue

Hi guys,

Did I get an unfavorable key combination or has the rectangle tool now been redesigned so that the rectangle can only be drawn centered by default? I am used to draw it from top left to bottom right. Is it changed now by default with a new PS update? This normally only happens when you hold ALT. How to switch it back? Please help
