Rectangular Marquee - Fixed Size is Not Exact

On a 2000mm x 2000mm image I have recorded a Photoshop Action;  the selection of a Rectangular Marquee with a Fixed Size of 2000mm x 100mm.

After recording, the Photoshop Action shows Set Selection: Bottom 9.98cm, Right 199.99cm.

Whereas I had wanted Set Selection: Bottom 10cm, Right 200cm.

Please tell me how can the selection be corrected?

Oh, I am going to answer this myself.

Photoshop is pixel-based. The image was created at 72dpi which is 28.346 dots per centimetre - each dot being 35.28 microns. A 10cm marquee height would be either 283 or 284 pixels high; in this case it was rounded down to 283 pixels or 9.98 centimetres.

(28.3 pixels per centimetre x 35.28 microns per pixel / 1000 microns per centimetre = 9.98 centimetres)
