Red artefacts appearing in Photoshop 2019 after exporting from LR Classic

Hi all

Has anyone experienced the following issues in Photoshop 2019:

Red artefacts, taking the form of different shapes (small rectangles and circles), appearing in Photoshop 2019 after export from Lightroom Classic?

Try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps

Also, please update Photoshop to 20.0.1 version via Creative Cloud Desktop app and let us know if that helps.
