Red exclamation point on menu bar icon

Why is there a red exclamation point on my CC menu bar icon? When I load the app there are no messages or issues reported. 

 

Using 6.0 CC on a MacBookPro running Sonoma.

    Hi @DougHenwood in the CC desktop app click the cloud icon - does it show a library sync error?

    If so, use Opt+Cmd+R to restart the CC app and it should connect without issue.

      It did show the library sync error yesterday. I signed out and signed back in and the error and the ! went away. Then when I woke up the computer this morning the red ! was back, but with no error message anywhere.
