Hello, I was trying to change the color of this texture using the hue/saturation layer, but the result is not very uniform, as you can see in the image. There is a way to reduce the noise of the image?

Hue/sat is always a bit risky. It tends to break up image integrity and cause blocking. Selective Color is safer, although it doesn't allow very dramatic adjustments.

Two things to ease the blocking effect. One, split the range slider in Hue/sat to fade out the range on either side. Two, try Color blend mode.

If you're stuck with what you have here, the ACR filter, set to reduce color noise is probably the most effective.
