Hello,

I subscribed to Photoshop (free trial) on 28-Jan-2024 and cancelled the subscription on 5-Feb-2024, however I was charged 33.06 USD. I canceled the subscription within 14 days of my initial order, and I have not been refunded so far. Could you assist me, please?
