There was no "Toggle Last State" when we had the old Undo shortcuts. What happens if you uncheck "Use Legacy Undo Shortcuts"?

Also, do you see shortcuts for Undo and Redo? That would be a better test.

Hello, I would try uninstalling and reinstalling with a preferences wipe, BUT if you have set some preferences, you might want to back them up as explained on this page:

Correct, thanks, but I have done it before your guidance first.

You're welcome, @mysysctrlm74982608 . I'm glad it's working for you now.

You may have also turned off "Use Legacy Channel Shortcuts" by now. If not, open your Channels panel and toggle this checkbox to watch the shortcuts change and decide if you want it.

Before the first Creative Suite, all apps came out at different times with their own shortcuts. With CS, Adobe began to synchronize the shortcuts, and this one goes back to CS3. The big one here is that Cmd+1 was the shortcut for the first channel (the Red Channel in RGB). Now it's the shortcut for 100% View level.

Personally, I don't know why this is still an option these days. Adobe runs analytics, so I guess enough folks still use it.
