Reinstalling Photoshop after resetting my laptop

So the internet browsers on my laptop are freezing as soon as they're opened, and apparently the only way to fix this is to completely reset my laptop and wipe any installed programmes. If this happens, will I be able to reinstall Photoshop on my laptop without having to purchase it again? And if I can do that, what is the process for reinstalling it?

You should be able to install the CC application, log-in with your Adobe ID and install Photoshop from there.

Is it possible that you have more than one Adobe account? If so, be sure you are logging in with the correct ID.

You should be reinstalling through the Creative Cloud app. Sign in through that app.

Photoshop CC 2015 on a Windows 8 laptop. I never had an installation CD or prepaid card; I downloaded it from Adobe's website.
