Hello dear moderator. For my use, my institution bought a license of PhotoShop Cxtended CS5 12.0. I had to change the pc where it was installed, however I can no install it again. The creative cloud recognized th elicense number and show plugs, however appear a mensage "this license is in use". When I trait to install where I digit the license number appear an alert "The license number is not valid for this product".

I have to say that the previous software were erase from the other pc when it crash.

@NACD you're allowed 2 activation counts for Photoshop CS5, if you have used them up, you're out of luck, Adobe no longer reset activation counts
