removal tool blur

when using the removal tool it always leaves a blur where the subject was? is there a fix for this?

Could you please post screenshots taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Can you upload some full res screen shots showing before and after?

It would be useful to at least see the options bar settings, and better still a screen shot of yopur entire workspace shoing document window, layers panel, Options Bar.
