Remove IPC Broker?

I have version CS6 (obviously not CC) and recently downloaded Adobe Camera RAW. Along with it came CC packages I don't need that take up CPU usage. I've manage to remove those packages but cannot find IPC Broker either in Uninstal or hard drive search. How can I remove this as it's taking up 2.7MB of CPU?

Also, do I need the following?
Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service
Adobe Genuine Software Service
