Remove preset text in type tool

version 20.0.1

This just showed up on my last PS major update.

When using the "type tool", it preset loads a bunch of illegible text in the new text box I'm creating...how do I remove this crap from the default settings?

In the preference under type: Add lorem ipsum place holder.

Yea, I didn't like that either, when having it on was the new default.
