Remove tool not always working after each stroke (PS 25.0)

So when I am using new remove tool, even when I have checked "Remove after each stroke" it's not always removing after each stroke. Every 10-15 strokes, after I release mouse button, the brush mask is still showing and I need to make a click for remove tool to start it's job. If I clic on the other side of photo, then it makes brush mask through entire photo. Is someone experiencing the same issue?

    So it's already over a month and this bug is still there. It's really annoying.

      Yeah please fix this problem. It almost stops working randomly. Somtimes when you click it doesn't start removing but keeps combining your strokes (stroke points) for removing and then nothing happens. You have to press longer to make it start removing the areas which is not ideal and interrupts continuous working.
