Remove Tool not circling in PS 25.0 [Solved]

Hi, 

 

I recently updated to the new Photoshop 25.0. I just had a quick question. When I use the Remove Tool it doesn't form a circle around the object I'm trying to remove and I have to color it in like the beta version. Remove after each stroke is turned on. 

 

Is there a setting I'm missing? I'm on Windows 10.

    EDIT: Please close this. I don't think I was close enough to the edge of the circled area for it to understand what I was attempting to do. It works now.
