This usually ends up being something network-related on the desktop specifically, DNS, firewall filtering, proxy settings, router filtering, or even IPv6 weirdness. Adobe’s generative tools are surprisingly sensitive to that stuff. Since Firefly and Photoshop are already allowed in Windows Firewall, give a try changing the PC DNS manually to something like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8) and restart Photoshop completely. Also worth checking if the wired adapter has different proxy/IPv6 settings compared to the laptop. I’ve seen cases where Ethernet and WiFi on the same network, behave differently with Adobe AI services for no obvious reason.
