Render Flame No Preview Visible [Mac M2 Ventura 13.5]

Question

I've had problem with this with my old Macbook Pro and now my new M2 Macbook Air  (10 Core GPU)BUT my husbands computer M1 Macbook Pro (16 Core GPU) IS able to see a preview. We have gone through all the community posts without success.  Could the problem be the difference in the GPU causing this issue??
According to the GPU compatibility option in help menu, it should be compatible.

What exactly do you see? Does the panel open but no preview?

If the panel opens, are you able to select one of the options desp[ite not seeing the preview?
What happens if you hit OK?

With the M2 I am guessing that you are running Sonoma? I am a Windows user so no expert on Mac stuff. If yes, we'll edit your post so people can see what you are running, which gets the right people reading your thread.

I does sound like a display issue, so have you tried Disable Native Canvas?

Have you tried the beta version, and if yes, is it the same?
