Render Lighting Effects in V22.3.1 Issue

I cannot use the Render Lighting Effects in Photoshop V22.3.1 as there are now handles to be able to move the light around and all I get is the attached

 

Hopefully someone can help with this.

 

I have everything up to date and have tried restarting

    I reverted back to V21.2.7 and it worked fine so I gradually updated to the next version until I'd got back to V22.3.1 and all now seems to be working OK
