Render stuck at Initializing Photoshop 2019

I have used this functions hundreds of times with previous versions of Photoshop and 3D Video on different Macs and operating Systems. I am now running Mojave and Adobe Suite 2019. I  have successfully used Media encoder from AE, Premiere, and even Character Animator without issues. I am now using 2019 and trying to render a 5 second 3D Postcard video with keyframes from a Video Timeline and it gets stuck at initializing. The bar gets all the way to the end then sits there and I have to cancel. Recently, when exporting from After Effects with 2019 there is no option to use Media Encoder. If I save my video as a psd without exporting. It imports into premiere and Ae as an image with no movement. It appears many are having this issue. What is the fix for this issue  after spendg  hours on a project and expecting Adobe to work as it is supposed to?

Sounds like your networking stuff is fundamentally borked. I'm not a Mac guy, but I'm sure if you research the issue on the web there is some snippets to input in a terminal window to reset your firewall and release all ports. As a start, it may even suffice to delete all networks from the respective system control panel do a restart and let things auto-configure anew.
