Hi Community, i'm a beginner so please bear with me,

what's the most natural way to replace haircut from this

to this ?

Or probably there's a way to do this without using other reference image?

Finding the most suitable haircut reference can be a little difficult

thanks

This is a prewedding pic taken few years ago, and admitedly i didn't have the best haircut (or barber)

But the scenery is much harder to replicate and now i need this for my wedding,

I think i'm gonna try degradation and see how it goes, finding suitable images is alot harder than i thought

He seems to have a big black blob over is right eye.  Maybe you could start by learning to remove that.  ;-)

No, there is no way without using other images and to be honest, if you are a beginner you are way in over your head. Cloning and retouching such stuff in a realistic fashion takes years of experience. Just leave it be or else you'll just be creating an ugly image that nobody wants. The image (if that's all you have) has wayy too little resolution, anyway. You can't do decent touch-ups on post stamp sized imagery.
