Resetting Brushes to Original

i seem to have the same multiple brushes folders under brushes, ive tried reset to orig brushes but they are all still there??... any ideas?

    In Photoshop CC 2019:

    1. Choose Edit > Presets > Preset Manager.
    2. From the Preset Type menu choose Brushes.
    3. Select all the brushes there (click top, then hold Shift and click the bottom).
    4. Click the Delete button.
    5. Click the gear icon at top right and choose Restore Default Brushes.
    6. Click OK, and now you should have only the default folders of brushes.
    7. Click Done.
