Resize layer unproportionally

Usually I would have to hold shift when scalling proportionally. Now it does it automatically, and I cannot figure out how to deselect it, so I can scale unproportionally as before. I am in the newest version of Photoshop CC.

Adobe has reversed the way scaling happens. Hold down Shift to scale unproportionally. Otherwise, scaling is proportional.
