Resize multiple layers around their respective anchor points

I have 10 artboards with linked layers (smart objects) on each one, but when trying to resize there is only one anchor point for all of them, I would like to scale down all of them, while they stay in place. Is there a way of doing this? I found this script but this is kind of slow and there is not preview only percentage change on slider

    All instances of a Smart Object get updated when the SO is saved (in the case of linked SO only if the file is open) – what exactly do you mean?

    Have you looked into Layer Comps for SO?

    I meant how should I link 2 different SOs, so once I place something into one second gets updated automatically, I figured out I can copy one SO several times and all copies will be dependent on first one, but there is no option to link them together, if they were created separately. 

    I figured out I don't need to resize every single one, I need SO to restrain or give same dimensions, when I do REPLACE CONTENT. does replacing content proving it's won dimensions and sizes to SO? let's say If I open SO by double clicking and add there whatever I want, instead of replacing content, it should keep proportions of original right

    You can relink both SOs to the same external file (and then embed that if need be).

    You could open the SO, change its resolution with »Resample« unchecked and save, then all the instances in the containing document should update.

    Or you could try and write a better Script  that includes a preview(-workaround).

    The Script you linked to is jsxbin, so I can not determine if it uses an AM- or a DOM-approach; in the latter case performance could probably be improved, otherwise it may be pretty close to as fast as is feasible.

    Thank you for your reply, so there is not built in feature to have each anchor point separately for linked layers right? When I choose all it scales down around one anchor point and changes location of layers. I can open SO and resize and update as you said, but I need visual to know how much I need to scale it down. Just wanted to know if this was an option in PS.

    also, is it possible to establish relationship between different smart objects, so that I update one and all others get updated automatically.

    There is no such default feature for Layers, whether they are SO or linked SO is irrelevant.
