resize photo for shutterfly/snapfish/nationsphotolab

Hello all!

I have this image that is width 8.53 x height 4.80 with 300 resolution. Image size 10.6m. I am using Photoshop 21.0

I am trying to get this to print on an online website like shutterfly/snapfish etc...  I have spent much time cropping width and height or just width or just height.  Changing image size smaller to larger and I am not able to get the full size image on shutterfly/snapfish.  It consistently cuts off my image, so WHAT DO I DO?  I am also trying to print on metal which offers only specific sizes.  HELP! Thanks all! 🙂
