Resized images

Once I have processed a file and wish to resize for web sized image the resultant image is not located centrally as was the original.  I can bring to centre by Ctrl0 but why has the image suddently started to go off to the top left hand corner.  Does any one have a fix please?

    Looks like this is a peculiar situation not encountered by anyone else.  I have removed and reinstalled PSCC but stillthe same fault, the resized jpeg flies off top right and to bring it nback into view CtrlO Ctrl1
