Resizing brush cause my PC freeze.

I'm using photoshopcc2020. Pressing [] keys to resize the brushes makes my PC freeze everytime, no matter the 1080p or 4k resolution ,new psd or old one. It always freeze. I tried PsCC2022,problems remain. Mouse and keyboard didn't work and screen freeze.  I can't even use task manager to cancel it. It seems that freeze can last forever.

Is someone know how to fix it？
