Resizing issue with mask

when i try to resize a layer mask by using control the layer mask then diappears. in the layer panel its still there but it disappears from the artboard

Hi, are you on the latest version, 25.9? Did it happen before ? Are you using artboard liberally for document window, or do you mean that it happens only on files with artboards ?

Can you please post a screenshot of the entire window with the layers panel expanded and visible?

Try resizing it without the Control key. Does that work?

Can you be more specific - what do you mean by "using control?"

Have you pressed enter after finishing your transformation? I wonder if the mask may be temporarily disabled while you resize, and then be enabled again when you finish.

Its when i try to resize a mask using the control button. To moce anchor points. Its when i am actually risizing it or whwn i hit enter, the mask layer diaappears
