Hey, when i used my Wacom Cintiq pro 4K, my photoshop on mac don't put the resolution as my computer screen. It's really to big, i just see an half of my work et interface.

It is hard to communicate with the word resolution for its abused and used different ways.   4K is not actually meaning full when it come toe resolution actually it more a Aspect ration and a number of pixels that a 4K display has.  It not actually Imag size. Some small mobile computers  have 4K display and you may have a 4k display on a wall that is nearly wall size.  While all 4K displayes display a 16:9 aspect ration image with 3840x2160 pixels these displays have different size pixels therefore they display different size images.  The Pixels  density is an Image resolution an image PPI, Your display may have dense small pizel size and display a small image.

When you work on a large image from you digital camera.  if you camera images have more than 8MP you images will not fit one your 4K display you will need to Photoshop zooming to fit your image on your 4k Display.  You Mac OS may also be scaling  what it displays on your 4K display so what is displayed will display larger for you to see.   In either case zooming will be able to scale you image  to be displayed on you 4k display.
