How can i get an original picture after its being covered and what app i can used

If an object is completely obstructed by another one (that was closer to the camera aperture) then  Photoshop cannot reveal what has not been recorded in an image. 

You could paint in something or try to insert parts of this and other images but that’s about it.

 

(Photoshop’s Content-Aware Fill »reassembles« elements of an image, it does not reveal hidden data.)
